Pauric’s responsibilities as a Project Manager and Senior Sales Engineer at Care Systems encompass project management, proposal development, and if that isn’t enough, his is often the friendly face delivering CareWare demonstrations to prospective clients. “I love meeting with existing and prospective clients to discuss how we can solve their problems. Talking about their issues and pain points and seeing how their eyes light up when they see something that will improve their day – that is the best!”
What brought you to Care Systems? I was drawn by the opportunity to develop a small business with a great product. The multi-faceted nature of the role was also a great opportunity for me to, not only broaden my experience but also to use the complete range of skills and expertise I have developed over the years
How would your boss and co-workers describe you? Depending on the day or occasion, it could be many things! If I was to pick three words… assured, reliable and resourceful.
What is the greatest accomplishment you’ve made at Care Systems? We have a great product and since I have worked here, one of my roles has been making sure we are showing it off in the best way possible. I can see that we getting are greater outcomes for all stakeholders.
What does St. Patrick’s Day mean to you? Being Irish is very important to me! I take great pride in our island and our nation. St. Patrick’s Day, in my eyes, is a chance for all people with Irish heritage, along with people all over the world, to exhibit our country and celebrate our culture.
Who inspires you? I draw inspiration from lots of sources and some people inspire me regularly. My wife Áine is a constant source of inspiration for me. Inspiration to me comes from people I meet, rather than stories I hear, or the achievements of others
