Choose from biometric systems such as fingerprint scanning and facial recognition, geofencing via mobile phones, or a system interface such as a workstation or even a mobile phone (via the CareTime LITE portal). CareTime is also compatible with older systems such as RFID, PIN and other time clocks.



Administrators are alerted to any discrepancies in recording of time, such as missed clock-ins and clock-outs, lateness or extra time. Reconciliation can be performed daily or at any other frequency best suited to the managers’ and organizations’ needs.

Prevent fraud

In some industries, preventing co-workers clocking in or out on behalf of other employees is an important consideration. While using biometric systems or mobile geofencing negate this concern, we can also offer time clocks that take a photograph each time an individual clocks in or out, ensuring Buddy Punching is a thing of the past.

CareTime can incorporate all pay codes and pay rules utilized by your organization -for each defined payroll group- to ensure defined rate multipliers are applied to employees’ time when records are sent to payroll. This ensures a seamless transition and accurate payments.

High level of flexibility

CareTime also offers a staff portal where employees can view their own time records, communicate with their supervisors regarding time differences and participate in the reconciliation of their time records, sans the hassle of manual record-keeping or working with other systems, ensuring accurate remunerations and satisfied employees.
